TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1.The organizer of the promotion “Start Spring Today!” is SURMA SYSTEMS Spółka z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością, registered at ul. Marii Konopnickiej 4D, 32-650 Kęty, Poland, NIP: 5492466378, REGON: 521337733.
2.Promotion period: from February 9, 2026, to March 6, 2026, or while supplies last.
3.The Organizer reserves the right to end the promotion earlier, without stating a reason.
4.The promotion is open to persons over the age of 18 (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”). To participate, a terrace pergola of the Surma brand must be purchased (Toscana, Modena, Portofino, Verona, Milano, Palermo).
5.The promotion does not apply to the purchase of display/exhibition products.
6.To receive the promotional product, an order must be placed and a deposit or the full payment made between from February 9, 2026, to March 13, 2026.
7.A Participant who meets the conditions is entitled to purchase the products covered by the promotion referred to in point 4 of these Terms and Conditions, with free gifts according to the guidelines below:

THE VALUE OF THE ADDITIONAL PRODUCT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL ORDER VALUE.
8.For each order placed, only ONE of the products listed above is entitled as a free gift. When selecting the OMBRE TERRACE CURTAIN or FIX PANEL as a free gift, it is only possible to order it in the size corresponding to the ordered structure.
9.A Participant may take part in the promotion multiple times during the promotion period, provided they meet the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
10. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or any other equivalent.
11. The promotion is open to retail customers.
12. All complaints will be processed within 14 days from the date of submission.
