TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The organizer of the promotion is SURMA SYSTEMS Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, registered at ul. Marii Konopnickiej 4d, 32-650 Kęty, Poland, NIP: 5492466378, REGON: 521337733, KRS: 0000955430.

2. Promotion period: from September 1, 2025, to November 30, 2025, or while supplies last.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to end the promotion earlier without stating a reason.

4. The promotion is open to persons over the age of 18 (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”). To participate, a terrace pergola of the Surma brand must be purchased (Toscana, Modena, Portofino, Verona, Milano).

5. To receive the promotional product, an order must be placed and a deposit or the full payment made between September 1, 2025, and November 30, 2025.

6. A Participant meeting the requirements is entitled to purchase the products specified in point 4 of these Terms and Conditions with free gifts according to the following guidelines:

LED Points – calculated as 1 LED point per 1.5 m² of pergola roof surface area for models Toscana, Portofino, Verona, Milano.

LED Strip Lighting: – For models Toscana and Modena: internal LED lighting (WHITE 3200K, WHITE 4100K) for single- and two-module versions.

For models Portofino, Verona, Milano: internal LED strip in the guide rail (WHITE 3200K, WHITE 4100K).

If the Participant chooses a greater amount of lighting than specified above, they are required to pay for the quantity exceeding the promotion conditions.

7. The promotion does not apply to RGB LED lighting or LED COB / LED COB RGB. The promotion does not include control units dedicated to the given type of lighting or control devices (remotes, switches, etc.).

8. A Participant may take part in the promotion multiple times during the promotion period, provided they meet the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.

9. The discount cannot be exchanged for a cash or material equivalent.

10. The promotion is open to both wholesale and retail customers.

11. All complaints will be processed within 14 days from the date of submission.
