TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION:

1. The organiser of the “FREE LED LIGHTING” promotion is SURMA SYSTEMS Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office at ul. Przemysłowa 23, 34-120 Andrychów, Poland, NIP: 5492466378, REGON: 521337733, KRS: 0000955430.

2. Promotion period: from 12 October 2026 to 31 October 2026 or while stocks last.

3. The organiser reserves the right to terminate the promotion earlier, without giving a reason.

4. The promotion is open to persons over the age of 18 (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”). To participate in the promotion, the Participant must purchase a Surma terrace pergola (Toscana, Toscana Basic, Modena, Verona, Milano or Portofino).

5. The promotion does not apply to the purchase of display products..

6. In order to receive a product covered by the promotion, an order must be placed and a deposit or the full amount due must be paid between 12 October 2026 and 31 October 2026.

7. A Participant who meets the conditions is entitled to purchase the products covered by the promotion, as specified in point 4 of these Terms and Conditions, with the free-of-charge items according to the following guidelines:

Free linear LED lighting in the Toscana, Toscana Basic, Modena, Verona, Milano and Portofino models.

The products covered by the promotion are:

• White 3200K/4100K linear LED lighting (excluding COB) installed inside the gutter*,
• White 3200K/4100K linear LED lighting (excluding COB) in the louver*,
• White 3200K/4100K linear LED lighting (excluding COB) in the wind bars*.

*If the Participant chooses a quantity of lighting exceeding the amount specified in the table below, they are required to pay for the quantity exceeding the promotion conditions.

When two types of lighting are selected in one order, the discount applies to the less expensive option. Lighting control is not subject to the discount.

8. A Participant may take part in the promotion multiple times during the promotion period, provided that the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions are met.

9. The discount cannot be exchanged for a cash or non-cash equivalent.

10. The promotion is intended for wholesale customers.

11. All complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date they are submitted.
